Monarchs &  Art in the Park Craft Show & Family Fun Day!

The Schaumburg Monarch Initiative is proud to host the Third Annual, Monarchs and Art in the Park Craft Show & Family Fun Day, on Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. It will be in the Finn McCool’s and Moretti’s parking lot at 1941 East Algonquin, Schaumburg, near Woodfield, the Convention Center at the Rt 53 off ramp. All proceeds are going to the Schaumburg Monarch Initiative’s Community Education and Habit Development Programs. All plans will comply with Village of Schaumburg, State of Illinois.

Our previous events received amazing community and vendor support. We are committed increasing participation, by investing in additional advertising and marketing programs. Along with your special items, artists and vendors are encouraged to feature a selection of patriotic and nature themed arts and crafts. We are looking for art and craft items that say WOW to nature and art lovers of every age! Our new marketing program will highlight some of your amazing products online and take advantage of the popular Finn McCool’s and Moretti’s restaurant locations with a high traffic count, corporate center and adjacent residential areas.

Vendor Space is priced at just $75.00, plus the donation of a Raffle item from your table with a value of $25.00 or more. Note: Vendor Price Increases to $100 after June 1st.

Live Monarch Releases will be scheduled throughout the day. During the 2022 season we supervised the rearing and releases of 764 monarchs and welcomed 5,986 visitors to the Rearing and Educational Release Program at Spring Valley Nature Center. We were also invited to participated in 11 speaking and off site environmental events. We invite you to reserve your space for our exciting day of fun on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
